Privacy Policy

1. General: products are sold by LaraGreen Oy, business ID 3276385-4. We sell to all consumer customers within Finland.

If you are interested in wholesale customers (entrepreneurs), please send an email to info@laragreen.fi and we will tell you more about the delivery terms and prices for wholesale customers.

2. Prices: Product prices include 25.5% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

3. Ordering: Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and filling in the order information. Once the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.

4. Delivery time: Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is longer than normal.

5. Delivery methods and costs: we mainly deliver orders as postal parcels to parcel machines or the nearest post office.

The customer will receive a text message when the delivery is ready for pickup. Delivery costs are 5.90-11.90 euros depending on the size of the order.

6. Returns and complaints: The customer has a 14-day right of return, which begins from the moment the customer physically receives the product.

The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. If you would like to make a return, please contact us by email at info@laragreen.fi or by phone at 040 8252542. Detergents that have been tried cannot be returned.

When contacting us, please provide:
– Reason for return (if damaged or wrong product)
- Customer Information
– Do you just want to return the product and get your money back, or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product?
– For refunds, please provide your account number.

4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is a customer relationship.
The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships and market.

When registry data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their hardware is appropriately taken care of.

The controller ensures that stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes it.

9. Right to inspection and right to request correction of information

Every person in the register has the right to check their information stored in the register and demand that any incorrect information be corrected or that incomplete information be completed.

If a person wishes to check the information stored about them or to request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period set out in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data

A person in the register has the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be deleted from the register (“right to be forgotten”).

Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations.

Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may ask the requester to prove their identity if necessary.

The data controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. When placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will indicate the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and the recipient of the payment appears on the bank statement and invoice as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Siirto, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards and Alisa Lasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment fails to be charged to the payment card, payment with the MobilePay wallet in the online store is not possible.

OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several payment installments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so you can easily stay informed about how you are spending your money. With a credit limit, you can keep your spending within the limits you want. You can conveniently receive invoices in your email. Alisa Lasku is a flexible and secure payment method. The payment method is suitable for all consumers over 20 years of age for all types of purchases. Shipping

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the online store's checkout function before the final approval of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days, to the online store. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery. 

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number with the return for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints

Before the order is delivered, you can cancel it by sending a written notification via email.

The online store has statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
